Julia Park
Founder & Managing Attorney
Since founding her firm in 2009, Julia has established herself as an authority in EB-5 Immigrant Investor Visa law, serving both investors and Regional Centers with exceptional expertise.

The firm's specialized team includes EB-5 attorneys and paralegals fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Korean. This laser-focused approach to EB-5 matters ensures unparalleled service quality. For select cases, we may enter into strategic co-counseling arrangements to assist other attorneys.

Julia's legal career began at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York City. She later served as Of Counsel at Levitt & Needleman, P.C., an elite immigration firm with over 40 years of national and international experience serving business and individual clients.
​
Before entering the legal profession, Julia worked as a simultaneous interpreter in Seoul, Korea, facilitating communication at more than 400 high-level seminars and conferences for international organizations and corporations including the WTO, OECD, and IBM. Her exceptional language skills led to assignments with visiting dignitaries such as former U.S. President Bill Clinton and Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin. Prior to immigrating to the Unites States, Julia served as the youngest adjunct professor at the Graduate School of Interpretation & Translation at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul.

Julia holds a B.A. from Sogang University and an M.A. from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, both in Seoul, Korea. She earned her law degree from Boston College Law School, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, where she served as a Senior Editor of the Boston College Law Review.

Julia is also the Managing Director of Advantage America EB-5 Group.
